RUN@Rate Prepare a Roll-Out of rules, tools, documentation as an central function; professional management of the decentralized SQE employees regarding general SQE guidelines and processes
作為核心的部門，準備一套規則、工具、文件；基于SQE的準則和要求，對分散的SQE進行專業的管理
Support the commodity-management in the development of decision criterias for the selection of strategic suppliers (supplier-portfolio)

Independent implementation of process analysis in the manufacturing process of suppliers, develop and supervise improvement measures together

Independent error cause analysis of suppliers regarding complaints in the plants (escalation stage) and if necessary ?Trouble Shooting“
針對工廠的抱怨（升級問題），獨立的對供應商的問題產生原因分析，必要時進行故障排除
Independent support of suppliers up to the sub-supplier; also by appropriate quality meetings
