熟知質量管理體系要要求，并根據ISO90001等相關質量體系標準和總部要求，建立和完善與該職位相關的工作流程和工作指導；Familiar with the requirements of the quality management system, and establish and improve the processes and work instructions that related to the position in accordance with relevant quality system standards such as ISO90001 and headquarter requirements.

2. 客戶管理 Customer quality management
? 負責組織并跟蹤顧客抱怨的處理。
Responsible for organizing and tracking the handling of customer complaints.
? 負責制定與顧客服務和支持相關的流程。
Responsible for developing processes related to customer service and support.
? 提供顧客質量相關的支持和服務。
Provide customer quality-related support and services.
? 負責顧客管理相關的目標的實現。

3. 生產過程質量管理 Production process quality management
? 負責監控生產過程，保證和不斷提高產品質量。
Responsible for monitoring the production process, ensuring and continuously improving product quality.
? 負責在自己的職責范圍內跟進質量目標。
Responsible for following up quality objectives within own scope of responsibility.
? 負責進行過程和產品審核，跟進改進過程并報告關閉狀態。
Responsible for conducting process and product audits, following up on improvement processes, and reporting closure status.
? 負責產品的標識和可追溯性管理。

? 負責組織不合格產品的處理、分析和整改。
