Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
2. 10-15 years of experience, with over 5 years in a team leadership role.
3. Experience in consulting, project management, software development, and logistics industry knowledge is essential.
4. Expertise in ERP, EDI, ETL, BI, Data Warehouse, and other IT technical skills.
5. Be expert with following IT technical skill: ERP, EDI, ETL, BI, Data Base, Data Warehouse, OA, BPM, RPA, Machine Learning, Middle Ware.
6. Be expert at bridging gap between business expression and IT technology, communicating business needs with appropriate IT solution to gain alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
7. Be expert at evaluating the information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a more general understanding
8. Good at overall system design from the deep business requirement, even guide business to integrate with the IT technology, drive business process by providing professional IT services.
9. Embrace a multinational and multicultural environment, ability to work cross department or branches.
10. Have strong project management skill related to projects Scope/Cost/Time/Risk/Communication management, and project governance skill with resources efficient alignment.
11. Good at setup IT KPIs decomposed from business strategy to evaluate and encourage team, good at IT system development budget making, good at controlling expense to save cost.
12. Solid knowledge of the logistics industry is a must.
13. Fluent English proficiency mandatory, other languages are a plus.
14. PMP/ITIL Verified is a plus.
