            MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB工作主要目標:
            Responsible for sales activities of the designated area and achieve the established sales targets.
            負責所管轄銷售地區的相關銷售活動并實現設定的銷售目標
            Education教育:
            Bachelor Degree or above, major in science and engineering or equivalent field
            理工類專業學士學位或以上學歷
            Knowledge/ Skills知識和技能:
            Have related metals industry (steel and nonferrous)background and
            resources, and have the capabilities of exploring marketing and developing
            customer
            有冶金(有色及鋼鐵)相關行業背景及資源,和市場及客戶開拓能力
            Be good at effective communication and negotiation with customers, be able to work
            independently and well coordinating work with external and
            internal people.
            擅長與客戶有效的溝通,談判,并具備獨立工作、及公司內外部協調工作的能力
            Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
            在普通話和英語方面具有良好的書面和口語表達能力
            Strong team coordination spirit, integrity, outgoing personality.
            較強的團隊合作精神,為人正直,性格開朗。
            Well analytical and problem solving skills, work well under great pressure.

            Specific Experience特殊經驗:
            At least 3 years work experience of relevant company in industrial sales, preferably in metals(steel and non-ferrous) industrial sales field.
            至少有3年相關工業行業銷售經驗,特別是冶金(有色及鋼鐵)領域的相關經驗
            Familiar with the production process and technology of metals industry
            熟悉冶金行業生產工藝和技術;
            Familiar with the application and developing of weighing equipment in
            the industry.
            熟悉稱重配料設備在相關行業的應用和發展
            KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要責任
            Master responsible regional metals industry marketing developing status, according to company’s development strategy planning and annual budget, provide your regional sales planning (including market and people) to achieve sales targets and tasks.
            掌握管轄區域冶金(有色/鋼鐵)行業市場發展狀況, 根據公司制定的發展戰略規劃和年度預算,提出本區域相應銷售計劃(包括市場和人員)以完成公司下達的銷售任務和指標。
            Explore new market as well as increase market share of the company products (include new customers, new region, new requirement, potential technical update etc.)
            開拓有關新市場以提高公司產品市場占有份額(包括新客戶,新區域, 新的市場需求及潛在的行業技術更新等)
            Timely and Effectively collect and feedback the information of market requirements and the key manufacturing technological change that will impact on product sales directly and competitors’ status and situations.
            及時準確地收集并反饋市場需求狀況、直接影響公司產品銷售的關鍵生產工藝技術的變化,競爭對手的狀況和態勢等信息
            Developing and maintaining the Key customers, regular visit customers and feedback information timely.
            發展并穩定把握住本區域內有影響力的關鍵客戶,做到定期拜訪和信息及時反饋
            Analysis competitor’s status and provide reasonable sales strategy and suggestion.
            分析同行業競爭對手狀況,及時向公司提出合理可行的銷售應對策略和建議
            Regularly feedback regional information of sales processing to line manager and sales director, timely and effectively report the related information of great and important projects and special case, the activities of market and sales, the great changes of technology and business to GM and Sales Director and provide useful decision-makingopinion.
            定期向銷售總監匯報本區域銷售工作及完成狀況;對于重大或重要的以及公司特別關注的有關項目和客戶,市場和銷售活動, 技術和商務的重大改動等等,要及時準確地向銷售總監及總經理匯報以利于公司的決策。
            Manage the customer complaint and work with relevant internal teams to solve it.
            處理客戶投訴并且與相關內部團隊共同解決問題。
            Estimate potential risk of theregion, plan and execute to prevent and settle crisis.
            評估區域內潛在風險,通過計劃和實施來預防和解決危機。
            To manage payment and A/R on the basis of report distributed by commercial team so as to ensure the achievement of sales avenue
            在商務團隊發布的相關報告的基礎上管理貨款及A/R確保銷售收入的實現。
            Assure any quotation requirements must be on the basis of official inquiry from customers, any verbal form or telephone form cannot be accepted.
            確保任何報價的要求必須均基于客戶的正式詢價,不允許任何口頭或電話方式的詢價。
            Ensure that clarify the information of real procurement requirements and technical specification in quotation processing, promptly and accurately provide inquiry information to technical Dept. and commercial Dept..
            確保在詢價階段弄清客戶的真實要求和技術條件等信息,及時準確地向技術部和商務部提交詢價的相關信息。
            Summarize technical quotation and commercial clause requirements, provide finalize official quotation to customers. Based on the sales standpoints, assure the quotation fit established profit index by company.
            匯總技術部的技術報價和商務部的商務條款要求,最終形成完整的正式報價提交給詢價的客戶。從銷售環節把關,并確保報價符合公司制定的利潤指標。
