崗位名稱:南京客服助理 職責說明: 1. Process Orders in SAP System with standard process. ?Support to collect relevant documents to create new customers or update customer accounts ?Complete order entry within 24hr without any delay, and solve imcompelte order without any delay ?Check the order credit status and communicate with C2C team in time to ensure timely delivery ?Ensure order acknowledgement and invoices are sent to customer in time 2. Check backlog list daily, communicate with planner and customer closely and make shipments delivered in time, solve long aging order as routing work 3. Process RMA order and follow up the progress make sure RMA closed in time. 4. Follow case management in salesforce with standard process. 5. Attention on key relevant KPI in customer experience team 6. Provide support on other order processing working as needed 任職要求: 1. Bachelor degree, ideally in International Trading, Administration Management. 2. Fluent English in both written and spoken. 3. 2+ year customer experience is preferred. 4.
