Overview of the Position : The Mission consists in
- Generating the customized BOM of machine (Blower, Filler, Labeler, Evoflex…) manufactured in Beijing based on customer orders and requirement.
- Design electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts of sensors and actuators, etc. using tools, such as EPLAN, Autocad, etc. according to order requirements and specifications;
- Securing the availability of all technical information requested to secure the proper execution of the customer projects. (BOM, diagram, program, interfaces documents…)
- Being accountable of the configuration to be released for each order.
- Being accountable for the product released by verifying the equipment meet the specifications (speed, performance, safety…(active participation to KO meeting)
-Perform product testing, troubleshooting and performance optimization to ensure products meet quality requirements and technical standards.
-Technical documentation such as test reports, operational procedures, design specifications, etc.
-Electronic component sizing and calculations;
-Participating in actions and programs aimed to improve the global performance of SIDEL Beijing (cost reduction, productivity, improvement…
- Securing and managing the proper execution of any Engineering change on customized BOM
-Securing the proper planning of Electrical & Automation order fulfillment activity and organizing the tasks within the different team member and in collaboration with other team leader according to the workload, priorities & objectives of the company.
- Implementing and maintaining the order fulfillment processes to secure performance of the team.
- Participating to module development or localization activity during low order fulfillment activity period.
Education& Languages:
-Fluent in written and speaking English.
-Good knowledge in ERP system ( SAP).
-Good knowledge in Cad system (E-plan, Autocad..)
Professional Skills & Experience :
-Technical background in electrical & automation engineering.
-Strong knowledge in machines, electrical & automation processes
-Understand the basic theories and application knowledge in the field of electrical engineering and automation, including circuit priciples, automatic control, motor control, inverter control, working priciples of mainstream sensors, controllers and actuators;
- Familiar with indutrial communication protocols and automation control programming;
- Proficient in Excel office applications and able to use or learn VBA programming;
-Ideally experience food industry.
-Strong leadership is required.
-Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
-Availability to travel abroad
