We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Identify skill based learning interventions though consultation and communication with the frontline staff
- Design and deliver the deployment of learning activities at all different levels
- Act as the key controller of frontline training calendar and ensure relationships with internal and external counterparties to make sure the training efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the communication, education and execution of all levels of learning and development activities.
- Assist in the preparation of relevant data and analytics for management analysis purposes
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor Degree and above with Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of Learning and Coaching
- Excellent training and coaching capabilities, experience in WPB frontline is a plus
- Independent team-worker, mature and agile in behavior and mind-set
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure within demanding timelines
- Experience producing reporting and management information
- Demonstrate strong alignment with HSBC values and embedding the values in day to day behaviors and decision making
- Good command of English
