PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Start up or s/d plant following up lead operator arrangement. 按照領班安排起廠或停廠；
2. Deal with safety, reliability, production and other issue with lead operator direction. 按照領班安排處理安全、可靠性或生產相關問題；
3. Record operation and routine check status. 完成操作調控和日常檢查，并進行記錄；
4. Implement Preventive Maintenance with maintenance engineer professional direction. 按照維修工程師的專業指導完成預防性維護檢查；
5. Daily routine checks for production and facility in plant; 完成日常生產和工廠檢查；
6. Safely operate and check equipment, ensure site safety. 安全操作并檢查設備，確保現場安全；
7. Check and control the quality of products, quickly deal with the unqualified products; 監控并調節產品質量，快速處理純度不合格問題；
8. Responsible for transport, filling, storage and protection of gas products; 負責氣體產品的搬運、充裝、儲存保護。
9. Control the production process; 監控生產流程；
10. Calibrate and test instrument equipment; 校驗分析儀和測試設備；
11. Responsible for the daily operation, including process control, productivity and parameter adjustment, etc. 負責日常操作，包括工藝控制、產量與參數調節等；
12. Work closely with other operators and engineers. 與其他操作員和工程師密切合作；
13. Issue SWP, ensure any activity at site is following up company policy and government regulation. Improve English level, can read and understand Safety policy, technology manual and SWIM. 簽發安全工作許可證，確保現場活動遵守法律法規和公司程序要求。提高英語水平，能閱讀和理解安全政策、技術手冊和操作程序。

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1,At least diploma and/or above in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial automation or instrumentation and related specialty. 化工、機械、電氣、工業自動化或儀表專業大專以上學歷。
2,At least 1 years working experience with a manufacturing company. 一年以上制造業工作經驗。
Have good safety knowledge and understand site safety management；
3,English ability would be preferable. 英語水平好，可優先考慮。
4,Energetic, honest, and hard working. 態度積極，為人誠實，工作努力。
5,Be enthusiastic and aggressive to learn. 積極進取，努力學習。
6,Suitable for shift work; 適應倒班。
