? Lead, execute deployment through sales channels the strategic plan for the business area in the region through the implementation of regional plans of action for our foundational campaigns & growth initiatives that includes content, training & sales tools
? Establishment of Key Opinion Leader relationships, regulatory bodies that support market & product development initiatives
? Using metrics to monitor leads, pipelines and sales performance for the product portfolio on a regional and territory level
? Promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range or key account to achieve sales and revenue target
? Assess and analyze customer needs, respond to customer enquiries and suggest products and services as appropriate
? Work closely with cross functional team to create higher market perception and successful strategies to gain business from an account
? Coordinate and participate in marketing activities in assigned territory
? Frequently assess the potential of each customer and plan to realize it into business

Qualifications and skills
? Bachelor degree or with relevant experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
? Good communication and negotiation skills
? Self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, hard working
? Fluent oral and written communication in English
? Strong global networking skills being able to quickly build up relationships & align with stakeholders and internal knowledge owners
? Strong communication skills across all levels including senior and executive management
