崗位概述 Position Summary
- 根據客戶需求制定生產周計劃及中，長期主生產計劃以達到平滑生產目的。
- Make weekly production plan and long-term master production plan according to customer demand to achieve smooth production purpose
- 負責客戶訂單執行完成并達到OTD KPI指標Responsible for customer order execution and OTD KPI targets
- 產成品庫存管理， 呆滯庫存定期處理 Finished product inventory management, regular handling of idle inventory
- 制定模具需求計劃 mold requirement plan
- 根據產品種類變化， 及生產單元、計劃的復雜程度，適時主導項目以達到簡化生產，提高效率，流程優化的目的。

崗位職責 Responsibility
1、 在計劃經理的指導下,持續改進和完善生產計劃流程.
Continuously improve and perfect the production planning process under the guidance of the program manager
2、 熟悉U8\MES操作流程,積極主動學習系統新功能和參與討論開發新需求.
Familiar with the U8\MES operation process, actively learn the new functions of the system and participate in the discussion and development of new requirements.
3、 與需求計劃員緊密溝通,對客戶的需求做出快速反應,確保提供優質及時服務.
Communicate closely with the demand planner, respond quickly to the needs of customers, and ensure the provision of quality and timely service.
4、 與物料協調員緊密溝通,確保長短期生產計劃執行的可行性.
Communicate closely with material coordinator to ensure the feasibility of long- and short-term production plan.
5、 按時制定平穩的長期及短期生產計劃,相應的庫存變化及產能匹配需求計劃.
Make stable long-term and short-term production plans on time, corresponding inventory changes and capacity matching demand plans.
6、 協調與監督生產計劃按時按量完成,對完不成計劃的產品及時查找原因并提出解決措施.
Coordinate and supervise the completion of the production plan on time and in quantity, find out the reasons for the products that cannot be completed and put forward solutions in time.
7、 依據生產實際情況和客戶需求變化,制定日調整生產計劃或生產再加工計劃.
According to the actual situation of production and customer demand changes, make daily adjustment production plan or production reprocessing plan.
8、 參與生產線的相關例會,質量相關會議等,及時掌握有關產品生產的信息,分析對訂單的影響并知會需求計劃員.
Participate in the production line related meetings, quality related meetings, etc., timely grasp the information about product production, analyze the impact on the order and inform the demand planner.
9、 根據公司的新產品,新項目,參與制定和執行相應的爬坡計劃.
According to the company's new products, new projects, participate in the development and implementation of the corresponding climbing plan.
10、 準時完成相關報表，并提交給相關人員；完成計劃主管交辦的其它工作.
Complete the relevant reports on time and submit to the relevant personnel; Complete other tasks assigned by project supervisor.
任職資格 Qualification
本科或以上學歷
二年以上相關工作經驗
英語良好，具備聽、說、讀、寫能力
了解MES/U8系統；
能熟練操作EXCEL、WORD 等辦公軟件；
具有較強的邏輯思維能力，能冷靜的思考問題；2、有良好的溝通、組織、協調能力。
