1. Be responsible for the financial analysis, business review and process control.
2. Support Regional Finance Director to manage financial targets and projects implementation.
3. Set up site financial formulation and dashboard to support fast/profitable business growth.
4. Cross-functional communication and follow-up from financial perspectives.
5. Finance process and matrix development, controlling environment establishment.
6. Involve internal/external auditing in the scope and focus on Y-o-Y improvement.
7. Business partner to site and regional management in operating result analysis and related business decision-making process, benchmarking with regional finance team in China.
8. Monthly financial dashboard and analysis to support business review meeting.
9. Ensuring KPI’s are established, measured and achieved and driving the monthly factory P&L review and call alongside site management.
10. Providing commercial support on customer level profitability, building and analyzing the monthly variance pack.
11. Able to understand all financial metrics, able to explain all data aspects of financial results and business performance.
12. Research & identify cost saving opportunities for the business, owning and advising to the local GM’s and Regional finance via clear tangible progress reports.
13. Support with Business case analysis and detailed return on investment for strategic programs, and Capital investment
14. Taking the lead in site annual budget exercise and monthly rolling forecast, provide meaningful monthly budget/forecast variance analysis and corrective actions.
15. Support finance organization automation and digitalization development
16. ERP FICO module performance improvement and business flow development
17. Support Regional Finance Director to develop regional-based policies, procedures, and controls.
18. Support Regional Finance Director to achieve vision/mission in regional finance organization.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (finance, economic is preferred)
+8 years working experience in finance leader positions of MNC
Manufacturing plant P&L analysis and management
Experience in matrix organization
English (fluent level both in spoken and written)
