In this role you'll make an impact by

• Ensure strong quality management for food and human health bio solutions related industries within APAC area especially for CN as critical quality expert and anchor,
• Handle quality operational task professionally, including customer complaint handling, questionnaire, statement handling and strain identification, 3rd party testing, relevant qualification agreement with customers etc.
• Work together with global quality colleagues and relevant stakeholders to bring regional quality insight to the organization, drive continuous improvement, secure high-quality service to internal and external customers.
• Offer professional training and communication to local stakeholders e.g. commercial team, R&D etc.
• Be APAC anchor for business support teams and contribute to BS priorities.

To succeed you must hold:

• Rich experience in quality management in relevant industries of microbiology and enzymology

• Integrity and sharp
• Excellent project management and leadership skills, with a focus on securing quality while balancing risk and opportunities as well as building alignment and trust with cross functional stakeholders

• Fluent in English both orally and in writing.
• Bachelor's or master's degree of relevant background with at least 5 year's experience in related experience.
