Responsibilities:
Operations, Maintenance & Technical Support
1. Perform daily inspection, preventive maintenance, and scheduled servicing of key electromechanical systems, including but not limited to power distribution, air compression, HVAC, Vacuum, Etc.
2. Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective, long-term countermeasures to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
3. Provide advanced technical support and guidance for mechanical and electrical breakdowns of production and custom automation equipment.
4. Review and manage technical documentation for electromechanical equipment, including electrical schematics, PLC ladder logic, mechanical assembly drawings, manuals, and maintenance records.
Cost Saving
1. Identify, propose, and execute cost-saving projects focused on energy efficiency (e.g., optimizing HVAC and compressed air systems), resource conservation, and material life cycle extension.
2. Analyze utility consumption data and maintenance spend to identify trends, pinpoint waste, and develop actionable strategies for reducing operational expenditures
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering & Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
2. 5 years of working experience in electromechanical equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment
3. Proven experience in identifying and implementing cost-reduction initiatives, with a focus on energy conservation and operational efficiency.
4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze operational data to support cost-saving proposals.
5. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
6. Have good team cooperation spirit, patient, responsible.
