職位說明：
Position Specification:
A) 負責生產原材料，包括電子元器件（如芯片、電容、電阻、PCB）、金屬件、塑料件、線纜以及包裝材料等的采購工作，確保物料按時、按質、按量到廠。
Be responsible for the procurement of raw materials, including electronic components (such as chips, capacitors, resistors, PCBs), metal parts, plastic parts, cables and packaging materials, etc., to ensure that the materials arrive at the factory on time with high quality and quantity.
B) 執行采購訂單的制作、下達、跟蹤、確認和歸檔，及時處理訂單異常（如交期延遲、質量問題時），確保供應順暢。
Good order management ability: release purchase orders on time and tracking, confirmation and archiving of purchase orders, handle order anomalies in a timely manner (such as delayed delivery or quality issues), and ensure smooth supply.
C) 按照合同、固定資產及收貨流程對供應商的預付款和收貨開票進行追蹤和管理。
Track and manage advanced payments and invoice in accordance with the contract, fixed assets and receiving procedures.
D) 配合倉庫、財務完成訂單-交付-發票匹配。
Cooperate with the warehouse and finance department to complete the matching of purchase orders, GR and invoices.
E) 評估供應商的績效表現，建立并更新合格供應商名錄，與供應商進行良好有效的溝通。
Good supplier management ability, can valuate supplier’s performance, establish qualified suppliers‘ list, and maintain good and effective communication with suppliers.
F) 匯總有關采購數據，總結報告。
Have ability to summarize the relevant procurement data and make reports.
G) 向供應商索賠的跟蹤及關閉，并做好存檔。
Track and close supplier claims on time, and keep good records.
H) 與研發、質量、生產、倉庫、財務等部門緊密合作，解決采購過程中出現的各種問題，支持新項目物料的及時入庫。
Have ability to deal with cross-functional work, work closely with other departments such as R&D, quality, production, warehouse, and finance, can solve various problems and support new projects materials delivered to warehouse in time.

資格要求：Qualification Requirement:
1. 學歷要求Education Requirement
大學本科（含）以上學歷，供應鏈管理、物流管理、機械制造、機電一體化等相關專業優先。
Bachelor degree or above，major in supply chain management, logistics management, mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics and related fields are preferred.
2. 工作背景要求Work Background Requirement
3年相關外企制造企業采購相關工作經驗
Over 3 years related working experience in purchasing in foreign manufacturing enterprises.
Candidates with procurement experience in the sensor, electronics, semiconductor, automotive electronics or precision instrument industries are preferred.
3. 技能要求Skill Requirement
a. 采購技能： 熟知采購流程，精通采購溝通技巧和合同管理知識，具備良好的商業意識和風險防范意識。
Proficient in procurement process, communication skills and contract management knowledge, with a good sense of business and risk prevention.
b. 語言能力： 具備良好的英語讀寫能力，能夠閱讀英文文檔和與海外供應商進行郵件溝通。
Be good at reading and writing in English, has ability to read English documentation and communication in English with Oversea suppliers by email.
c. 系統技能： 熟練使用ERP系統及Office辦公軟件（尤其精通Excel數據分析）。
Familiar with Microsoft Office software, ERP system (Especially good skills in Excel data analysis).
d. 行業知識： 熟悉電子元器件（如芯片、電容、電阻、PCB）、金屬件、塑料件、線纜的基本加工工藝。
Familiar with the basic processing techniques of electronic components (such as chips, capacitors, resistors, PCBS), metal parts, plastic parts, and cables.
