Role - Summary/Job Description Summary:
Responsible for the sales of products and solutions within the automotive industry. Focuses on developing new clients, identifying market opportunities to drive company revenue and sustainable business growth, while establishing and maintaining client relationships and providing customer service.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities /主要工作職責:
1. Sales Target Achievement:
Track projects to ensure achievement of monthly sales forecasts and annual targets.
Own and manage the entire business and service process for each project from development to final delivery (including stages from RFI/RFQ acquisition to SOP).
Negotiate commercial terms (including price, payment terms, development and tooling costs, VAVE, etc.).
Maintain timely awareness of all relevant information, including competitor activities, and take action based on management guidance.
2. Client Development & Project Prospecting:
Develop new potential clients in the automotive industry through cold visit activities and building relationships with key decision-makers to secure new project opportunities.
Identify and cultivate additional sales opportunities to grow and expand business share within assigned accounts.
3. Client Management:
Maintain relationships with key functional departments within client organizations (including Purchasing, R&D, Product Marketing, and After-Sales).
Regularly review client business coverage status.
4. Additional Responsibilities:
Negotiate and manage contract terms.
Manage accounts receivable.
Communicate regularly with the Tokyo headquarters, providing feedback on client and market demands.
5. Data Management:
Register prices and products.
Track recovery of tooling and development costs.
Collect and analyze market data by client and competitor, formulating and recommending action plans based on insights.
Key Competencies & requirements /主要任職能力要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher; Engineering discipline preferred. / Ability to communicate independently in English preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in B2B automotive industry sales or sales of automotive in-cabin products/solutions. Exceptional recent graduates will also be considered.
3. Strong sales drive and closing mindset.
4. Good communication with strong presentation skills and exceptional negotiation skills.
5. Self-motivated and high sense of responsibility. Strong numerical acumen.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
7. Qualified team player.
8. Strong stress management skills.
9. Good command of data analysis.
10. Be able to take biz travel frequently.
11. Experience working in a multicultural corporate environment is preferred. Interested in electronic products will be preferred.

5. 數據管理:
價格和產品登記,模具和開發費的回收,市場數據按客戶和競爭對手進行收集和分析,并依其制定和建議應對計劃。
Key Competencies & requirements /主要任職能力要求:
1. 本科或以上學歷,工程類專業優先 / 能獨立使用英語溝通優先。
2. 2年及以上汽車 B2B 行業或汽車駕艙產品及解決方案銷售相關經驗,優秀應屆畢業生亦歡迎
