中意財產保險有限公司是由中國石油天然氣集團公司和意大利忠利保險有限公司合資組建的全國性財產保險公司。公司于2007年4月經中國保險監督管理委員會批準在北京成立，注冊資本13億元人民幣，是中國第一家中外合資的財產保險公司。
