優(yōu)品精密橡膠零件（東莞）有限公司是一家專業(yè)從事硅膠密封件設(shè)計、研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售為一體的美資企業(yè)。總部于1966年成立于美國的俄亥俄州，至今在全球范圍內(nèi)擁有17間分公司，其中8間生產(chǎn)制造型工廠。2004年12月，優(yōu)品——美國Q Holding Company在中國的全資子公司，從制造業(yè)名城東莞啟程。2014年5月，公司在原有廠房旁成立第二個生產(chǎn)基地，是國內(nèi)唯一一家以生產(chǎn)汽車連接器類硅膠密封零件和醫(yī)療配件為主的企業(yè)，成型設(shè)備全部進口。公司先后通過了IATF16949汽車質(zhì)量管理體系認證，ISO13485醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系認證,ISO14001環(huán)境管理體系認證以及ISO45001職業(yè)健康與安全管理體系認證，并被評為東莞市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，多次被評為東坑鎮(zhèn)優(yōu)秀外資企業(yè)、先進單位、勞動關(guān)系先進企業(yè)、員工滿意度企業(yè)、熱心公益文化事業(yè)單位等。此外，公司還榮獲東坑鎮(zhèn)2016年度納稅第八名、2017年度納稅第七名的榮譽。于2018年2月被評為東莞市倍增計劃試點企業(yè)，并得到東坑鎮(zhèn)委鎮(zhèn)政府的大力支持，推動公司進一步做大做強，力促公司和地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展互惠共贏。
Quality Synthetic Rubber (Dongguan) Co. Ltd (QSR) is a Sino-US enterprise specialized in design, developing, manufacturing of precision silicone sealing parts with sales and marketing function. Since the Headquarter in Ohio US established in 1966, the company has set up 17 facilities worldwide including 8 manufacturing plants. In December 2004, QSR as a wholly owned subsidiary of Q Holding Company, built its first plant in Dongguan, a well-known global manufacturing city in China. In May 2014, the company set up the second production base next to the original plant. Currently QSR Dongguan plant is the only company in China dedicated on producing automotive electrical connector seals and precision silicone medical components. All molding presses are imported. The Company has been certified by IATF16949 automotive quality management system, ISO13485 medical quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system. It was named Dongguan High-Tech Enterprise, rated as Dongkeng Excellent Foreign-Funded Enterprise, Advanced Unit, Advanced Enterprise of Labor Relations, Employee-Satisfied Enterprise and Active Participant of Public Welfare and Culture Construction. In addition, the Company also won the honorary certificates of Dongkeng's Eighth of Highest Tax Payment in 2016 and Dongkeng's Seventh of Highest Tax Payment in 2017. In February 2018, the company was appraised as a pilot enterprise of Dongguan’s Multiplier Program. With strong support from Dongkeng government, QSR Dongguan has been expanded and strengthened to promote mutual benefits and win-win cooperation between the Company and local economy.
